Many new service clients have come to us on referral from existing customers, who are very satisfied with our level of service and charges for repair work.
Unlike other computer shops, where the repairs & service area is "off limits" to the public, you are welcome to sit and watch while your computer is repaired. You can chat to the technician (and maybe pick up a few tips!) while you enjoy a complimentary latte or cappuccino, or a soothing cup of tea. (We know computers can be very stressful!)
You can be assured of absolute confidentiality regarding data on your computer. We will not access anything outside the actual operating system without your permission and knowledge.
It is our aim to have your computer returned to you fully functional on the same day as your drop it in. If not - the day after. Should the solution to your problem be more time consuming, or parts difficult to get, we will keep you informed of progress or delays.
If you aren't able to bring your computer to our shop, we will (for a small charge) pick it up from your home or office, repair the computer in our workshop, then return it to you. Or we will come to your home or office and carry out the service work there. There is a call-out charge for on-site service work.

Virus and spyware removal is something we do every day. A cheap way out is to format your hard drive and start again. You lose the lot! We prefer to go in, isolate & remove the virus and keep your information intact.
We carry stock of replacement Hard Drives, RAM, CD & DVD Drives, Power Supplies, Motherboards, CPU's; Sound, Graphics & Network Cards.
We sell & recommend "Vet" Anti-Virus Software (we use it on all our shop computers).
We also sell a wide range of Software (including TPG Dialup Internet access - 80 hrs or 90 days $39.95), Keyboards & Mice, Cables, Media Disks (Floppy, CD & DVD), Headphones, Flash Drives, compatible ink cartridges and specialist printer papers.
